Delivery is made to the address entered in the form at checkout or one provided by the customer by email. Should there occur any problems with the delivery, our shipping department notifies the customer by providing tracking of the package. The customer will have at least 10 days to recover the parcel with the local courier. If at the end of storage the parcel is returned to the sender, the customer will pay the shipping costs for a new delivery.
The products purchased from us are custom products created specifically for the customer. Therefore, the indicated delivery times are approximate. Normally, the quoted time is the maximum period of delivery, but in some cases and in some periods of the year there may occur delays. The delivery times start upon receipt of payment.

We provide a full lifetime warranty covering manufacturing and material defects for paintings purchased from us. Depending on the degree of damage to the warranted painting, paintings will either be repaired or replaced.
Since our products are artistic creations, it is possible that in some cases or at certain times of the year some of them are not producible. Some of the most frequent cases are the unavailability of the artist, or the unavailability of high-resolution images.
For EU countries the price is free from any other costs. For shipments outside of the European Community it is possible that additional charges are required for the country of destination. The customer buying a product abroad must be aware of the regulations on the purchase of products abroad that apply in the country where the object is meant to be received.
